We previously tried selling our house with a very well known big on marketing team, after 3 weeks, 22 visits and a failed negotiation offer we called it quits and called Frank. We were worried about being off the market for too long but Frank + Hayden were able to get it back on market within 3 days and sold in less than 10. Our agent, Hayden was fantastic, he followed up on each visit and reaching him for anything was near instant, I seriously didn’t have to wait more than 5 mins for him to return a call, the most pleasant experience dealing with any agent ever. Don’t let the 1% discount you from using Franks team, they do everything just as well and better than other brokers that will charge you more + the amount of money you get to save yourself is great! We would have had to sell our house for 20k more to get the same return had we gone with a different brokerage. In a competitive market for sales, Franks team is who you want. 10/10 would recommend, I wish I had another house to sell just so I can use Franks team again.

Frank supported us in purchasing 2 waterfront properties, an island and a mainland lot. Sweet location in Georgian Bay near Port Severn. Frank Burgio made the entire experience of selling my elderly mother’s home a positive one, from the initial meeting to the sale closing. We were not even listed and a chance post asking if anyone was thinking of selling as he had 2 clients looking in our area. After a long listing at the second half of 2023 with a big in your face and crazy advertising company, they couldn’t sell our home because “we lacked a garage”.
