When we first saw the ad in a bus stop bench in Barrie, we were intrigue by what kind of service was involved. We gave them a call and quickly set up an appointment. When the meeting took place, It was a well prepared detailed interview with facts and graphs about our area, very professional and answered all our questions in a very respectful knowledgeable manner. Having done our own home work, we were impressed as to what's involved and what they do for that 1% they advertised, and how much money we would be saving ,the best part! =) They did and amazing! video of our property accompanied with an amazing music with it, (kudos to the video editor). They also had a pamphlet of our house in full color, not just a simple sheet of information, (wow). We practically sold out our house on the second day listed, even though we had a fair share of viewings. For our new Home, they have gone above and beyond to find and seal a deal for it, Although we don't think we are picky house hunters =p I would say our agent (Jeff) was very patient with us. Thank you Jeff!. We also noted he was not afraid to really look at the house for us, to look for hidden things or around corners, things we didn't always do. I’ve bought and sold multiple properties over the years and when I sell in particular I look for agents that have superior attention to detail and the utmost of professionalism and I can honestly say that Jeff Close from the Frank Burgio Team went above and beyond. When Frank was recommended to me, my intention was just to have him swing by and let me know what I needed to do on order to get the house ready to sell. We previously tried selling our house with a very well known big on marketing team, after 3 weeks, 22 visits and a failed negotiation offer we called it quits and called Frank. We were worried about being off the market for too long but Frank + Hayden were able to get it back on market within 3 days and sold in less than 10. Our agent, Hayden was fantastic, he followed up on each visit and reaching him for anything was near instant, I seriously didn’t have to wait more than 5 mins for him to return a call, the most pleasant experience dealing with any agent ever. Don’t let the 1% discount you from using Franks team, they do everything just as well and better than other brokers that will charge you more + the amount of money you get to save yourself is great! We would have had to sell our house for 20k more to get the same return had we gone with a different brokerage. In a competitive market for sales, Franks team is who you want. 10/10 would recommend, I wish I had another house to sell just so I can use Franks team again.

Frank was kind and patient with my Mom from the initial meeting, sharing his own personal family experience to ease her mind. Frank was honest, upfront and reasonable about how we could update the aesthetics of the home to get it move in ready for the next family. As I lived out of town, he even offered to cut the grass, so I didn’t have to drive out to do it. Not your standard realtor service! We were not even listed and a chance post asking if anyone was thinking of selling as he had 2 clients looking in our area. After a long listing at the second half of 2023 with a big in your face and crazy advertising company, they couldn’t sell our home because “we lacked a garage”. They knew very little about what it had to offer. A lot of fluff for no results and my house required very little to show as it was. The stagers moved a few plants and blankets.
